Our company has been a family-owned and operated business for over 25 years. We have evolved since our inception from framing scores of Sonoma and Mendocino County developments to a primary focus on designing and building large single family homes and residential estate properties.

Owner, Mike Flowers, is a hands-on builder of the "old school" approach to the building trade -- fast, efficient and no-nonsense.  Acting as general contractor on every job, Flowers works on the job site all day, every day, with a lean crew and a single-minded purpose. 

And, regardless the size or scope of the dwelling, Oak Shadows Construction always puts the needs of the client/owner first.  As a result, mutual respect and a great working relationship develops between builder and owner throughout the building process.

We use local subcontractors, all of which are proven professionals and longtime colleagues of Oak Shadows. Our materials and supplies are sourced solely through local businesses and professionals, and we are committed to environmentally responsible building practices and construction options.
