In addition to the hundreds of single family homes built over the years, Oak Shadows Construction and Development has designed and built more than 25 residential estate properties since 2002 -- all of which have been completed in keeping with agressive time schedules, and on or under budget.

Projects range from the purchase of property on speculation with new home construction; custom homes for existing property owners; and, renovations or expansions of existing structures, to new barns, winery tasting rooms and outbuildings from design to completion.

Renovation projects taken on by Oak Shadows Construction tend to be larger in scale or complete rebuilds. However, some are simply expansions and upgrades to existing strutures such as the Glen Ellen vineyard home used on ABC's reality show, The Bachelor and a featured luxury listing on Beautiful-Places.com.

Flowers serves as the general contractor or framing contractor on every project, providing daily, hands-on expertise and oversight -- from pouring and framing the foundation, to raising the trusses and framing the structure; installing the windows and doors; and completing all the finish and trim work.

In other words, our principal actually does the work and personally oversees subcontractors who have successfully worked with Oak Shadows for more than two decades.
